Sterilisation
We neuter both stray and owned animals on the island. Around 30 procedures a month, with intensive campaigns through partners like Lanta Animal Welfare.
We're a small team on Koh Phangan giving free veterinary care to sick and injured strays — neutering, vaccinating, and treating wounds since 2001. 100% funded by donations.
The hospital runs on three simple commitments. They're why Koh Phangan has stayed rabies-free, why the stray population is humanely managed, and why injured strays don't die on the roadside.
We neuter both stray and owned animals on the island. Around 30 procedures a month, with intensive campaigns through partners like Lanta Animal Welfare.
Rabies, distemper, parvo, adenovirus. Around 100 rabies shots and 60 combined dog vaccines every month — all free for stray and temple animals.
Wounds, road traffic accidents, skin infections, broken bones, poisoning. Free hospital treatment for any sick or injured stray brought to our door.
Only sick or injured stray animals are admitted. Healthy puppies, kittens and adult animals can't be dropped off — we don't have boarding capacity, and over-handling stresses the patients in recovery. If you've found an animal who needs help, follow our Report a Stray guide first and we'll point you to the right place.
Targeted at 30 procedures a month, including aftercare. ฿1,000 funds one full neuter.
Fund a neuter →Rabies + distemper for around 100 animals every month.
Vaccinate one →Food, bedding and cleaning for the 15 in-patients recovering today.
Top up the bowl →Recurring donors are the backbone of PACS. Even £5 a month covers a rabies shot and a warm meal for an animal in recovery. Pause or change any time.
Thank you to everyone who topped up the Neutering Fund this week.
She came in last month with a serious skin condition. Three weeks later, she's nearly back to her glossy self.
