Give an animal a chance every month
For 1000 THB a month (around $30) you cover a patient's food, medicine and nursing care. That's it. One animal. One month. Fully covered.
All our current long-term patients needing sponsorship are dogs. Cat profiles will be added as they become available.

Around $30 a month, or $7 a week. It covers one animal's full care: food, medicine and daily nursing.
Your care keeps going
If your sponsored animal recovers and finds a home, your donation automatically supports the next animal that needs care.
Meet the animals that need you
Trippy
Sponsor or adoptAround 5 years · Female · Sterilised
Trippy survived a life-threatening injury that cost her one of her legs. After surgery, she walked nearly an hour on three legs to find her way back to PACS — the place she felt safe.
Piglet
Sponsor or adoptAround 3 years · Female · Sterilised
Piglet came to PACS after a road accident left her with severe fractures to her spine and pelvis. She has started taking her first tiny steps. A hopeful sign in her recovery.
Pupita
Sponsor or adoptAround 5 years · Female · Sterilised
Pupita arrived as a tiny puppy with tick fever. Her mum and siblings were lost, so she stayed. Five years on, she is still waiting: gentle, quirky, and full of love for the right person.
Peanut
Sponsor or adoptAround 1 year · Female · Sterilised
Peanut suffered a spinal injury at just 11 months old, but she never gave up. After recovering, she came back strong, playful and full of life, and is now ready for her forever home.
Sandy
Sponsor or adoptAround 1.5 years · Female · Sterilised
Sandy was found in Ban Tai after a road accident, rescued just in time by a kind local. The street isn't safe for her anymore, but she's gentle, friendly and ready for her forever home.
Dumpling
Sponsor or adoptAround 10–11 months · Female · Sterilised
Dumpling arrived with no history and no one coming back for her. We don't know what her life looked like before PACS, but she's one of the gentlest souls in our care: young, loving and ready for her forever home.
Blacky
SponsorAround 7 years · Female · Sterilised
Blacky came to PACS from a local temple with a severe skin condition and has lived here for over 6 years. Gentle, familiar and full of character, she has become a much-loved part of daily life at the clinic.
Bully
SponsorAround 4 years · Female · Sterilised
Bully arrived as a tiny puppy after a traffic accident left her with dislocated hips. She grew into one of PACS's friendliest communal dogs: sweet, sociable and a familiar face around the clinic.
Some of our animals can't go back
Most animals that recover at PACS are returned to the streets they came from: their territory, their community, their life. That's the right outcome for the vast majority.
But a small number can't safely return: animals with lasting disability, or chronic conditions, or whose territory is no longer safe or accessible. If you see a "Sponsor or adopt" tag on an animal above, they are available for a permanent home as well as sponsorship.
PACS is a hospital, not a shelter. We don't take in healthy animals, and we don't arrange overseas adoptions directly. For overseas placement, please contact one of the partner organisations below.
