Everyday Essentials
Regular support that helps PACS keep the clinic running day to day. These are the items we get through every single week - if you can bring any of these when you visit, it makes an immediate difference.
Cotton wool and swabs
Large rolls and individual swabs. High turnover.
Bandages and Vetwrap
All widths. Self-adhesive Vetwrap especially useful.
Gloves - sterile and non-sterile
Sizes S, M and L. Both sterile boxed and non-sterile examination gloves.
Needles - 21G, 23G, 24G
Any reputable brand. Bulk packs preferred.
Syringes - 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 mL
Slip-tip or luer-lock. Paired with the needle sizes above.
Surgical scalpel blades - No. 10 and 15
Sterile, individually packed.
Bleach
Unscented, for ward and kennel cleaning.
Disinfectant and cleaning products
F10, Virkon or similar veterinary-grade disinfectant most useful.
Mops, buckets and scrubbing brushes
Heavy-duty. We go through these quickly.
Dish cloths and brooms
Any condition.
Old towels and blankets
Any condition, any size. Used for bedding and drying.
Dog and cat food
Both canned and dry. Large quantities always welcome.
Puppy food
Wet or dry - specific puppy formula. Large quantities always welcome.
Dried kitten milk replacer
KMR or equivalent. For neonates without mothers.

Items we restock every month without fail. Medicines, treatments and equipment that keep our patients healthy - and our clinic ready for whatever comes through the door.
Antibiotics - Doxycycline
Injectable and oral. One of our most-used medicines.
Antibiotics - Amoxycillin with Clavulanic Acid
Synulox / Augmentin equivalent. Oral preferred.
Antibiotics - Enrofloxacin
Baytril equivalent. Injectable and oral.
Antibiotics - Cephalexin
Oral capsules or tablets.
Antibiotic eye drops and ointments
Chloramphenicol, Fucithalmic or equivalent.
Antibiotic and steroid ear drops
Canaural or equivalent.
NSAIDs - tablets and injectable
Meloxicam most useful. Carprofen also welcome.
Flea and tick treatments
Bravecto, Nexgard, Frontline, Stronghold, Revolution, Advantix - all accepted.
Drontal or complete wormer
All-wormer tablets for dogs and cats.
IV catheters - 20G, 22G, 24G
Short peripheral catheters. Injection ports and 3-way taps also needed.
Splints and casting materials
Hexalite ideal. Any rigid splinting material considered.
Stainless steel feeding bowls
Any size. Hygienic and easy to sterilise.
Collars
All sizes. Used for identification and post-surgery management.
Rice and chicken
Plain cooked or dried - recovery diet for animals with digestive issues.
Treats
Small, soft treats useful for medication administration.
Novelty toys and chews
For mental stimulation in long-stay patients.

Big Asks, Big Difference
Larger items, specialist medicines and fundraising goals that have a significant impact on the care we can give. These cost more to source - but when they arrive, they change how we work.
Injectable anaesthetic - Propofol
Unopened vials only. Short shelf life - check expiry before bringing.
Injectable anaesthetic - Thiopentone or Alphaxane
Induction agents. Check expiry.
Phenobarbitone
For seizure management.
Yohimbine or Atipamazole
Reversal agents. Very useful post-procedure.
Suture materials - absorbable monofilament (0 and 2/0)
Swaged-on needle preferred.
Suture materials - polyfilament (3/0 and 4/0)
Vicryl or equivalent. Swaged-on.
Surgical sewing needles - medium size
Reusable surgical needles in a medium size.
Buster collars - 20/25 cm and 7.5/10 cm
Elizabeth collars. Both large and small sizes needed.
Dog crates and carriers
Collapsible wire crates or solid carriers. Any size.
Weighing scales
Kitchen scales (up to 5 kg) for accurate medicine dosing in small animals.
Veterinary and nursing textbooks
Any edition. Current editions preferred but older ones gratefully received.

How to bring items to us
Drop off during clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30. We are at 14/1 Moo 4, Wok Tum, Koh Phangan. Posting from abroad? Mark the box DONATION, describe contents as "Animal Supplies, $0 Value", and use regular post rather than DHL or FedEx. For large quantities, email info@pacsthailand.com first.
