PACS is a non-profit veterinary hospital on Koh Phangan, Thailand. We provide free medical care, vaccinations, and sterilisation to sick and injured stray animals. We've been open every working day since September 2001 — and we run on donations alone.

PACS exists to reduce animal suffering on Koh Phangan through a four-part commitment: vaccinate, neuter, heal, and educate. Everything we do flows from these four goals.

Humane population control through sterilisation. Around 30 procedures a month, keeping numbers manageable without the cruelty of culling.
Free hospital treatment for sick and injured stray animals: wounds, road traffic accidents, skin conditions, infections, broken bones, and more.
Only sick or injured stray animals are admitted. Healthy puppies, kittens, and adult animals cannot be dropped off — we have no boarding capacity, and over-handling stresses the in-patients in recovery. If you've found an animal that needs help, use the guide below first.
