Who runs the clinic

The day-to-day operation of PACS rests with a small, permanent team. Every clinical decision, every in-patient, every procedure — they are accountable for it.

PACS Manager & Head Nurse

Elle Brindle

Qualified veterinary nurse (2010). Joined PACS as Head Nurse in February 2014; became Manager in 2017. Responsible for all clinical decisions, patient care, and day-to-day operations.

Grounds Manager

Mr Chamniam (Niam)

Joined PACS in January 2017. Lives on-site, manages early-morning animal care, maintains vehicles, equipment, grounds and garden, and supports volunteers with day-to-day clinic tasks.

We're hiring an Office Manager.

PACS is looking for an experienced, organised Office Manager to handle administration, donor communications, volunteer scheduling, and financial record-keeping. Based on-site in Wok Tum, Koh Phangan. Board of Directors

The Board was formed in October 2013. Foundation status has been applied for and is pending approval from local government. The Board provides financial oversight, institutional accountability, and local community representation.
